Terra Amata Design Consortium is looking for a fresher Quantity Surveyor for our Chennai office.

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
4. Strong communication skills and logical thinking.

1. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
2. Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
3. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to optimize costs.
4. Assist in contract negotiations, valuations, and payment certifications.
5. Prepare drawings and ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
