Terra Amata Design Consortium is looking for a Junior Architect with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. We seek someone with acute observation, strong visualization skills, and the ability to translate ideas into meaningful designs. 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (0-3 years of experience).
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop.
3. Strong sketching, visualization, and 3D visualization skills.
4. Sharp observation and attention to detail.
5. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and think critically.

3. Handle government project estimation and approval procedures.
4. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to optimize costs.
5. Assist in contract negotiations, valuations, and payment certifications.
6. Prepare drawings and ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
